The retail motor industry has a disproportionately low number of women in sales positions and at least at first glance, there appears to be a shortage of women's career opportunities.  Many dealerships and manufacturers have now realised that poor representation of women in the industry is bad for business.  Conversely, hiring women sales professionals can often result in an increase in business and an increase in diversity of business opportunities.

There is no sales or vehicle experience required for this course.  In fact no experience is often an advantage to you when applying for a prestige vehicle sales position. Some of the best dealerships in Australia have luxury sales employment opportunities for people with no experience, but there are other specific things that they are looking for.  We know what they are and we'll explain this in more detail in the course.
