Sales Resources refers to a
wide variety of sales tools and information sources to
make a sales professionals' job easier and to enhance
the level of customer service that he/she can
provide.
In training, we have
mentioned how a salesperson's attitude or choice makes
a difference to his/her success. We often
mention how a professional technician needs an
extensive selection of tools to be able to solve more
problems. Similarly, a sales professional should
have an extensive selection of sales tools to help
clients solve their problems. This page provides
some of the starting tool kit for automotive sales
professionals. More advanced sales tools are
available on request for Auto clients.
