Mystery Shop Programmes
The aim of our Mystery Shopping programmes is to help you accurately assess your business' current customer service techniques and to identify any areas for improvement and training. We offer telephone, walk-in and internet enquiry shop programmes. After each shopping programme is completed, we provide you with a comprehensive report and recommendations for improvement.
CSI
'Crime Scene Investigation?' We prefer 'Customer Satisfaction Index' and work with you to ensure that there's no crossover. We've been called into dealerships after thousands of dollars have been wasted on changing realities without the simple realisation that CSI measures perceptions, not realities. Having been involved in the design of two CSI programmes and with personal experience in scoring consistently better than 95% in CSI, we are uniquely positioned to help you maximise your CSI.
Mentoring
With increasing frequency, we are requested to provide one-on-one consulting for individuals within dealerships, e.g, Managers, salespeople. We scale our business consulting to an individual, but maintain the same focus on personal relationship and better performance fine-tuned by effective measurement.
