AUTO - ABOUT USLaunched in late 2003 by Sean Morahan, Auto Pty Ltd was created to meet an increasing demand in the motor industry for a central store of specialised 'real world' knowledge and skills in an increasingly competitive Australian automotive market.
Sean has worked in the motor industry since 1987. After ten years in retail sales with Toyota, Mitsubishi and Lexus, culminating in his winning Lexus' national sales competition, he joined Mercedes-Benz Australia ( now DCAuP ).
In his Mercedes-Benz roles over six years, as Sales Trainer, Dealer Sales Manager and District Sales Manager, he designed and implemented many training strategies with measurable success. He created systems and procedures for monitoring and enhancing performance in dealerships and in Mercedes-Benz head office.
He instigated initiatives in advertising and marketing, sales management, performance measurement, recruitment, customer service, staff motivation, risk management and event management.
Sean holds Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian College of Educators and the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers.
Auto Pty Ltd currently contracts two other motor industry specialist trainers, both of whom have in excess of three years' automotive training experience and three years' retail sales experience.
Auto Pty Ltd is a member of the Motor Traders' Association of NSW.
Initially responding to the demand from five Mercedes-Benz dealerships, solely through referrals, Auto Pty Ltd's portfolio of regular clients has expanded to in excess of twenty-five businesses.
Our clients include manufacturers, dealerships and individuals.
