Welcome to the Auto website.  We don't advertise our business or our web site much by conventional means and at the time of writing all of Auto's clients have been repeat or word-of-mouth referrals.  Chances are that you either found the Auto website through word-of-mouth, or you found the Auto web site via our recent web site optimisation, through Google, Yahoo or MSN (more about that later).

 
Unusual?
 
Well, yes.  Part of Auto's philosophy is to drive the opposite way to the traffic jam of exaggeration in the automotive industry.  Auto has a declared focus on providing certainty in an uncertain automotive market.   One example of this is that we show Auto clients how to improve their automotive word-of-mouth business.
 
What's So Good About Word of Mouth?
 
With our extensive experience in the Automotive industry, we've found word-of-mouth to be an extremely effective form of advertising.  Word-of-mouth existed long before 'conventional' advertising.  Word-of-mouth is often viewed to be less biased than most advertising.  Depending on who the word-of-mouth comes from, it may often be more convincing than other advertising.  You may even have noticed a growing trend in advertising to use word-of-mouth.  We even recently heard of an automotive advertising campaign with a fictional word-of-mouth strategy!  The Auto Testimonials page includes some real word-of-mouth - have a look!

This Auto site, launched in September 2005, will continue to build a library of automotive-related resources for Automotive Industry Professionals, as well as provide information on the professional services that Auto offers to the Automotive Industry.
 
Using proven systems, we work to establish and maintain higher levels of service and efficiency in the Retail Automotive Industry.
 
We specialise in the prestige and luxury vehicle segments of the automotive market.  Current clients include dealerships representing BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Peugeot, Jaguar, Volvo, Mazda,  Land Rover and Alfa Romeo.  Other clients include automotive manufacturers and individuals.
